December Delivered!

And somehow it's December!
Allie's been enjoying her hip hop class!
Enjoying the end of the football season!
Poor Kirby hurt his paw! Got a sticker stuck in there and it got red and irritated. Another round with the cone of shame!

Beautiful day for soccer!

What else should you be doing at your brother's soccer game besides Snapchat? Certainly not watching the game.

A full weekend of soccer!

And more Snaps!

Comfortable, Kirbs?
Basketball time!

Holiday card photo shoot. These two were the best and even went back for a reshoot!

Holiday party for Allie's class!

Bath time!
We were able to spend the first night of Hanukkah with Dory, Zayde and Uncle Phillip while Zayde was doing some rehab for a broken arm.

Allie was so excited to have a visit from her good friend Layla, who now lives in Syracuse.
The kids and I heading to Oregon while Alex and Kirby had a delightful week off at home!
Randomness in the SFO Airport

Waking up at Mimi's house to breakfast cake!
Good morning!
Time for a nap!
Twinsies
Driving to the Beach!

Welcome to Newport!

  Selfies on the balcony!

Mimi and Allie headed back while Jake braved the cold water!

Beautiful sunset!
So happy to be at the Oregon Coast!

Hanukkah at the beach!
Early morning walk on the beach!

Trip to the Newport Aquarium! Both kids have been before but I was so happy they still loved it!

Jake and Mimi in 2010 and 2019!
At the Newport Bayfront watching the seals!

It was a quick but wonderful visit to the Coast!

Have you seen the show, "Making It"? Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman host a crafting challenge and it's really fun. We binged the show at Mimi's and made our own challenge!

While they crafted, I did this!
For Hanukkah, Mimi got Jake and I tickets to a Duck basketball game!
Our first time at Matt Court!

Had the best time!
After the game (the Ducks won!) we walked around the campus! We may just have another Duck in the family!

Part of the reason for this trip was to spend time with my grandma, affectionately known now as "Great"! Getting to spend the time with her and hear her stories was priceless.

I particularly love the stories about when she was Baby Ruthe! She won a contest at a street fair, won dancing lessons and for a few years she was like the Midwest version of Shirley Temple.
Mimi bought a connect four-type game that was more like beer pong! Great could have a fun future in beer pong!
I treasure these photos we took from this trip!

Trying to sleep or just avoiding the camera!

Happy to be back home and reunited with Alex and this fuzzy guy!
