Outstand October

We started October celebrating the best 2 year old in the whole world. Although I already had a post about Allie's birthday, I had to share these from her birthday at school.

If I have to wear this stupid hat it should at least look good!

To help the class get to know each other better, each week in kindergarten there is a star of the week who shares more about themselves. Jake was proud of his poster (even though he got bored about 1/2 way through) and was so excited to present it to his class.

Allie and I had a mommy-daughter date with our friends Ana and Brooke. Allie really loves getting "toes painted" and she really loved the kitty chair!

Bubba is back in town! We're all excited that he is back although we may have different reasons. Jake loves the yummy frozen treats that he and Bubba always seem to get when together. Allie already knows that he's wrapped around her finger and is happy that he never says no to her requests for him to read books. And Alex and I are quite happy with the babysitting services provided!
Welcome back Bubba!
Saturday morning after a successful win for the Red Chima's (and Jake got a goal!) we rushed to get to Allie's had her first Turtle class birthday party for her friend Zoisha.

I had to (at least try) capture Allie and Kathryn's curls! So cute!

Bubba took Jake to the second party of the day for a friend from kindergarten which was great because Allie needed a nap before the O'Driscoll Family came for dinner.

It was like a strange but adorable version of the Village People.

Jake with his buddy Cash! They're becoming great friends which is great because I like his mom.

Like Jake's teacher, Allie's teacher has been sharing pictures. I love seeing her with her friends and they look like they're having the best time!
Arts & Crafts

Play time and lots of reading!
Diaper time!

Fun outside! Love getting dirty!

Shabbat with my friends!

School is so fun but I'm tired!

Jake and I were excited to head over to the Hill Elementary Fall Carnival after soccer. Bubba joined us too and he and Jake even attempted to take on the haunted house but only got a few steps in. It's a great school and community!

Go Dillos!
Some bouncy house fun!
Check out Mr. Cool! Limbo is so easy he can do it with his hands in his pockets.

Saturday after soccer we went to Target with Bubba. While Jake and I wandered elsewhere, Allie showed Bubba what he should get her for Hanukkah.

And then she saw this hot little number and changed her mind! And all of a sudden she loves Hello Kitty!

After talking about it ALL day we went to Hailey's new house and met her new puppy, Toby.

We headed to the playground on Sunday afternoon for a walk and to get a little energy out!

October 1 & 31 are hands down the best days of the month! This year we decided to stay close to home and trick-or-treat in our neighborhood. Bubba joined us and then we met up with the Sela's who live just around the corner from us.

Allie and Abby Cadabby just couldn't keep up with The Flash and Jake the Pirate but they were just so darn cute!

The Flash takes a lollipop break and Supergirl hoards her candy and shows us how she flies.
