Fall 2022

Fall 2022

End of summer/fall rainstorms with her favorite fluffy boy!

Allie and I walked to Starbucks Saturday morning and couldn't leave Kirby out!

Speaking of Kirby, Jake & Allie working together to pick up poop to earn some money!

Years in the making, we knew it would happen at some point!

Ducks vs. Dawgs

We knew we had to go even though I think I would have also been happy watching at home! In spite of the final score it was tons of fun and I'm glad that we went.

We brought our house divided flag!

Jake with a Ducks hat and a Dawgs shirt!

Outside of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium

The Duck!

Alex spotted him but I met former Oregon coach Rich Brooks!

We had great seats that were part of some special club that we didn't know we were getting!

New head coach and former Georgia coach, Dan Lanning!

Jake hung out with a friend from camp before the game and during half-time met up with one of his counselors from 6 Points!

Well, that didn't go as I had hoped.
A touchdown would have been nice!

That night, we met up with former Austin friends, Chris and Kevin who recently moved to Atlanta and Jake's good friend and Dawg fans, Luke and his Dad, Morgan. We had a fun night!

Alex took an earlier flight back and when Jake and I arrived at home, I was greeted with these.

If this isn't an ad for Trader Joe's, I don't know what is!

Ready for Sock Hop until she got a fever and had to miss it. :(
Sleeping babies!

Fall includes birthday season for our babies.

Allie's birthday was a spa sleepover with 5 friends. We made the living room into sleepover central and had all the spa supplies ready! Of course, Kirby helped me get ready!

Spa time!

They tried for an all-nighter but mom won out.
Finally asleep!

We were so happy to celebrate Michael and Michal's engagement with all the Vivier's!

We had a girls day outing for some shopping with Brenna and Heather. After the stores, Allie and Heather were twinning.
Jake and Jake!

Happy Halloween!
Jake's over it but I'm happy this little cat was convinced to go out with a good friend for a little trick or treating!

Jake got his first job as a coach for the "Little Rookies" basketball program at the JCC. He pretty much hated it and couldn't believe how little they paid him but we were still very proud of him!

Jake made the Freshman basketball team. We're so proud of him. Even if it wasn't the best season, Jake had the best attitude and that means more than anything else!

Celebrating 15 years of this sweet face!

After celebrating Jake's birthday we were off to Israel! This was the first time back for both Alex and I in over 20 years and the kids first trip. We were so excited to have the chance to be there to celebrate Michael and Michal's amazing wedding! You can see our Israel adventures here

After our Israel adventures, we were ready for a more mellow December.

Jake? and Kirby

We had incredible weather for the last week of the year for our special visitors, Mimi and the Klebans.

Allie's officially the tallest of the Diller girls!

I made a NYE feast inspired by our Israel trip.

I hope they'll always take this picture!

Happy New Year and 2023!
